Left Tupelo and headed towards Scottsboro Alabama passed out first Armadillo, (Road Kill) and unfortunately as I tried to straddle him with the rear duallies I mismanaged and a large pop was heard from the rear. Tough little buggers with shrapnel of armadillo everywhere.
Not an overly taxing day with one exception of a detour due to a Quilt sign and found us in deliverance country. Quick U turn and out of there and found ourselves at a National Forest on a lake. Only person there with 51 sites. Could the sign that says,"No alcohol allowed in park" be responsible for this?
I had read that alcohol purchased outside Alabama would be classed as contraband and treated as a felony. If worst comes to worst I'll post bail for Lib.
Next day we were off to Scottsboro, referred to us by Freudy after he saw a documentaary on a bloke that has the contract for all unclaimed property on airlines.
We camped near Scottsboro on and went dow that afternoon. Huge shop with millions of itemes, 75% clothes, with all the rest being anything you can imagine. We purchased a travel bag on wheels to bring home the goodies.
